Return Policy

Returns are not accepted on custom printed orders unless the product is defective. We cannot provide you with a 100% color match guarantee since colors vary based on inks and materials. Swatches are highly recommended if specific colors are needed. If you have any questions regarding colors, materials, sizes, etc on our custom products, please don’t hesitate to contact us via email: sales@vancke.com.

Please contact us at sales@vancke.com if you would like to return an item. Specify the items you want to return, and the reason why. If you would like to make an exchange, please include which item you would like instead. Once received, we will send you the return shipping address.

When we receive your return, the items will be inspected and a refund and exchange will be provided. This can take up to 5 business days. Please be sure to send your package with a tracking number that lets us confirm your return. Packages lost due to the courier will be your responsibility. We advise shipping your items to us via UPS, DHL, TNT Ground or FedEx Ground. These companies provide the best tracking for your shipments.
